LVL scaffold planks (boards) is used as a building material in the high buildings, so the safety of users is very important. In view of this, many countries are mandatory requirements that LVL scaffold planks (boards) used have to meet their safety standards, the most important one of the physical properties is what manufacturer must design a available SWL, and each LVL planks (boards) have to be performed proof test on the production line to make sure it meets this SWL standard and OSHA /ANSIA 10.8 /BS2482(UK) /AS1577(AUS) standards deflection limits.

Appendix A and Saudi Aramco’s requirements of scaffold safety handbook), production date, end sealed to help stop moisture entry. Additionally, we regularly arrange hot water boiled and dry test for each shipment with ASTM standard in the laboratory, this will can determine the bonding strength of LVL planks (boards).
